Adam Youngg

Adam Youngg is a CV writer at CV Masters in the UK, and people who need a construction industry CV to show how they have moved up from the tools often work with him online. Many supervisors and foremen started as labourers or apprentices and have never had to describe that progression on paper, so Adam asks what each role actually involved and when the responsibility changed, such as the first time they led a gang, signed off work or trained new starters. Tickets and licences such as CSCS, CPCS, IPAF and first aid or site safety training are grouped in one clear place, with expiry dates checked so nothing out of date is listed. Adam also helps people entering the industry from other fields, such as the armed forces or manufacturing, by explaining their skills in terms that site managers and agencies recognise. Each CV is kept to the one or two pages UK employers expect, and a matching cover letter or LinkedIn profile can be added if needed.
