    What will you do?

    • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within small and medium-sized businesses
    • Execute outbound outreach through calls and emails, including cold prospecting
    • Engage with decision-makers to understand their business goals and advertising needs
    • Generate qualified meetings for the sales team by sparking interest in advertising solutions
    • Clearly communicate value propositions to potential customers
    • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
    • Manage and update prospect data in CRM systems such as Salesforce
    • Work towards individual and team KPIs related to outreach, meetings, and pipeline growth
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and insights

    Candidate profile

    • Nordic language level of C2 and C1 level of English (written and spoken)
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
    • Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Ability to manage a large portfolio and generate qualified meetings
    • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
    • Understanding of digital advertising platforms is a plus
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Resilient, goal-driven, and self-motivated
