What will you do?
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within small and medium-sized businesses
- Execute outbound outreach through calls and emails, including cold prospecting
- Engage with decision-makers to understand their business goals and advertising needs
- Generate qualified meetings for the sales team by sparking interest in advertising solutions
- Clearly communicate value propositions to potential customers
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Manage and update prospect data in CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Work towards individual and team KPIs related to outreach, meetings, and pipeline growth
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and insights
Candidate profile
- Nordic language level of C2 and C1 level of English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to manage a large portfolio and generate qualified meetings
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Understanding of digital advertising platforms is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, goal-driven, and self-motivated
